Refund PolicyPlease Contact us, before returning any items. Returns may need to be sent to a different address. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, simply return your purchase within 14 days and we will refund the entire purchase price, less shipping and handling. *Merchandise must be returned in Original New Condition. Riker Cases have glass lids. Cases are well packed & we rarely experience breakage. However we do recommend that you purchase Insurance on shipments of individual cases. We are not responsible for damage caused by USPS or lost/misdirected mail. Insurance is included on our carton lots. Refunds for any breakage within carton lot shipments, will be in the form of partial refund of purchase price, based on the percentage of breakage. We may, at our option, send replacement cases. You must Contact us before returning any hardwood case, for any reason. Returns must be sent to our warehouse. We will supply that address, when you contact us. Returns may be credited toward exchange for other merchandise or cash refund and buyer will be responsible to pay shipping to return any item and to pay shipping to send replacement merchandise. In any event, all shipping charges will be deducted from any refund.
